1. What is my payment option?

We accept payment via:

• STRIPE (all major credit & debit cards);
• Ipay88 (all major MALAYSIA domestic online banking);
• E-Wallet (TNG & Grabpay);
• Bank transfer/ ATM Cash Deposit.

** For Bank transfer/ ATM Cash Deposit.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you place your order. Please make your payment according to the banking details stated in the email and notify us with PAYMENT RECEIPT within 24 hours. 

*Orders with no payment notification within 24 hours will be cancelled automatically without notice. Cash refund is strictly not allowed even payment done within the time limit.

2. How long it takes to verify my payment?

Please kindly give us up to 24 hours to verify your payment, except for weekend and public holidays.

3. What is payment option for Singapore buyer?

For Singapore Buyer, you may choose STRIPE (all major Credit cards) as your payment method upon checkout. The final SGD price will depend on the exchange rate applied by your credit card/bank.
