Delivery is carried out during Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. If you don't receive your parcel within 3 working days, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if being undelivered for 10 working days. Do take note that, we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges. Please keep tracking your parcel once it has been mailed from us.
Delivery within West Malaysia will take 1-3 Business days, East Malaysia 7-10 business days and international delivery will take 15-30 business days (depend on countries) once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
