1. Do I need to have an account to start Purchasing?

No, you don’t. You may choose to check out your shopping cart as guest. However, register an account with us will save the troubles for your future purchase as your billing and shipping details will be saved under your account so you won’t need to key in all again at your next purchase.


2. If I have a Credit Voucher/ Discount Code, how can I use it while placing an order?

In your shopping cart page, simply key in your code at the Discount Code / Gift Card field and click “Apply”  before proceeding on to check out.

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order. And depend on its own T&C applied.

 

3. Can I amend my order after it’s been placed?

We will try our best to assist you to amend your order before it’s processed/mailed. We recommend to mailing us immediately at sales.kissis@gmail.com or through KISSIS FB messenger (@kissisofficial) once realizing something wrong with your order.

However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
